TIS cameras, lines in images

Hello all,

After a computer upgrade I find coloured lines in my images at full frame (2592x1944). They start to disappear at 2048x1536. Does that ring a bell with anyone?

Camera type: DFx 72 BUC02 5Mp cmos USB 2.0
Drivers, IC Capture, Idle state manager all updated to recent versions

Hallo René,

ich hatte einmal so einen Fall. Da waren an meinem PC alle USB-Anschlüsse mit Geräten belegt. Auch ein Smartphone wurde über USB aufgeladen. Also Überlastung der PC Versorgung. Es darf auch kein USB-Hub zwischen PC und Kamera sein. Hoffe es liegt nur daran. Viel Glück.

Danke Peter,
So far for a rebuild pc... I'll try some other ports first. TIS recommended a usb 3 port for AMD CPU. No idea what's in here, hurrah for the IT support
