Johanniskraut Blüten haben mich zu einigen Fotos veranlasst.
Zunächst zwei Nahaufnahmen bei Tageslicht, das 2. gestackt, davon dann ein Ausschnitt.
Sony A6000 + Minolta Makro MD100/4 bei Blende 8
Stack aus 32 Bildern, die durch Verstellen der Entfernungseinstellung am Objektiv von ca. 0,68 m bis 0,73 m entstanden.

Bei den Mikrofotos merkst Du aber schon, warum im Forum "Stacking" ein Thema ist.
Es sind eben doch sehr dreidimensionale Objekte :-)

Wieso haben deine Fluoreszenzaufnahmen eine runde Vignette?
Du solltest bei Fluo eventuell HDR´s machen
