Hallo, vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar, es ist sehr einfach. Es ist Seifenlauge, eine kleine Probe wird auf den Objektträger gelegt, ein Deckglas wird auf die Probe getropft (nicht zusammendrücken), polarisiertes Licht und ein Verzögerer, um die Farben zu erzeugen, und das war's. Schöne Grüße
