Objektiv: Zeiss West 63/1,4 Planapo; Mik.: Zeiss Jena Amplival; 40 Aufnahmen gestackt mit Helicon Focus 8, bearbeitet und invertiert mit Photoshop.

Hi Paule, difficult subject this is. The lines in the valve consists of double rows of pores that are about 300 nm apart, but with little silica in between. As a test specimen it might be next level difficulty to resolve them ;-)
