Titel: about Axiovert 100m motor-driven model
Beitrag von: Changhee in September 13, 2024, 06:23:12 VORMITTAG
Dear all,

I have purchased an Axiovert 100M. However, it is a motor-driven model without focus and fine focus knobs. I do not have a motor driver and am unsure which product to purchase. If I cannot obtain one, are there any modification parts available? Alternatively, can I get a service manual for disassembly?
I hope the members can assit me.

Previously, thank you for your comments.

안녕하세요 Changhee

I don't own the Axiovert but the following instructions from a third-party supplier of a motor control unit, including installation instructions, could be helpful for you:

In case you would like to revert back to manual focus and since you don't have the original focus knobs, you can check if the ones from the Zeiss standard 20 would fit, they look quite similar (without warranty). Maybe you are lucky and a forum member here has further informations regarding the knobs.

Good luck!
Marcel

Dear Marcel,

thank you for your help.
I resolved the issue with the Z-axis motor control for focus adjustment by fixing the faulty cable.
However, the nosepiece also operates with a motor-driven control, and it seems like I need a specific control method or additional equipment for it, but I haven't been able to identify what exactly is required. :(
