Hi!
I present to the fórum a video about Trichocerca collaris, a rare rotifer. I have found it in acidic waters (pH 4.5) and it is probably the first time that it has been reported in the Iberian Peninsula. In the video you will find a description of its main organs and characteristics.

congrats to your observation of this rare critter! I have never encounterd this species in Germany.

One minor thing: the part labelled ,,ramus" is the fulcrum. See here:
