anbei Bilder eines Diatomeenpräaprats von Ausliscus oamaruensis. Der Name auf dem Etikett ist falsch geschrieben. Das Photo wurde mit einem Carl Zeiss Planapo 25/0,63 160 mm/0,17 aufgenommen.
Kann mir jemand Details zu dem Präparator nennen?

I have learned very little about RH Taylor.
He joined the Quekett Microscopical Club in 1970. He was still a member in 1974. Unfortunately, QMC records for 1975-2000 have not been digitized. He was not on the member list in 2000.
He is probably the Robert Henry Taylor who died in Bognor Regis on 1 September, 1998. That man was born 1 February, 1920. I do not yet know anything more about that man.
A large number of Taylor's slides have come up on ebay during the past 6 months. I have two slides of grouped diatoms that are rather nicely done.
I hope to find more information about Taylor, and present a historical essay in the near future.
