 Does anyone know which group the smaller unicellular organisms belongs to ?

Dear straightlight,

the smaller unicellular organisms belongs to the group Chilodonella, perhaps Chilodonella uncinata. The size of this little ciliate is only 50 - 90 microns.

Thanks thats seems to fit. Lots of information on infected fish for these not so much on them as free living critters.
