Spaltöffungen am Tulpenblatt

Hallo zusammen,
hier ein Foto von Spaltöffnungen am Tulpenblatt, Zeiss alter DIC, gestackt.
Das Präparat wurde so hergestellt:

-Minitropfen UV-härtenden Nagellack aufgebracht (Topcoat aus China, der gute von ebay)
-18mm eckiges Deckglas mit Pinzettenschenkeln aufgedrückt
-Mit UV-Taschenlampe "Convoy, 20€" 30s gehärtet
-Deckglas mit Abdruck abgezogen
-Mit schmalen Tesastreifen auf Objektträger geklebt. Eindeckmittel also Luft, Brechungsindex 1

How about usng this technique with standard bright field. Will this give sufficient contrast?

Hi Maarten,
plain bright field is fairly low on contrast but with oblique you will get a nice contrasty image.
I compared bright field, phase, oblique and DIK and the two fromer were not able to compete with the latter two options.
