Ich möchte Ihnen meinen letzten kleinen Film vorstellen, der sich auf einige Experimente bezieht, die ich mit Euglena gracilis gemacht habe. Er ist auf Englisch, ich wünsche Ihnen trotzdem viel Spaß beim Anschauen.

In what concentration did you use gum arabic?
This is what i like to see here so much.

Concentration of the gum arabic : Sorry, I don't know. Now that I'm retired without the need to publish, I work only on an intuitive basis...   I simply dissolved a little gum arabic in cold water (quite a slow process - patience) and added a few microlitres of this solution to the microscope slide. Gradients of concentration are then produced and it's easy to change the location of the preparation observed under the microscope. It's much simpler than calculating concentrations, and yet I'm sure I can reproduce this result.
