Manual Olympus ECE bi

Hi all,

I'm looking for the instruction manual of the gray Olympus E scope (or ECE bi I believe it's
called). This is the one with the large external "plug-in" Kohler illuminator.
Does anyone have this manual and willing to share a PDF copy? Thanks a lot,
