Guten Tag Wilfried,

Da hast du recht,,, nichts gegen das Zeiss DIC System. Ich habe selber leider kein Zeiss DIC System, ich kenne nur die guten Bilder davon. Aber ich habe neben drei Zeiss Mikros auch ein Olympus BX51FT Auflicht/Durchlicht Mikroskop, dass unter anderem mit DIC AF/DL ausgerüstet ist.
Wenn ich die Bilder von Arturo mit dem DIC System von meinem Olympus vergleiche, dann sieht das exakt so aus.

Diese Ergebnisse erreicht man mit den normalen Olympus UPlanFL Objektiven, also ohne Apo's. Bei dem Zeiss System hatte ich schon vielfach den Eindruck das man die gleiche Qualität nur mit Apochromaten erreicht, wenn man die Bilder vergleicht.

many thanks to all for your kind comments....
unfortunately i have not a new Olympus , i use an old Zeiss Photomicroscope III with DIC (last edition) and a Zeiss Standard with DIC (second edition).
Below i add an image of a coniugation in Paramecium

..perhaps you refer to new Zeiss microscopes like Axioscop etc or older ones?

Have you used Apocromat Zeiss objectives? Do you still have sharpened digital?

....yes i used a pl apo 25 x and i retouched level and contrast by photoshop.....ah ..last but not least, i shot in raw mode.
