Assembly eyepiece lens(Olympus)

Dear all,

My eyepiece is moldy.
Then I took it apart and cleaned it.
However, I have difficulty putting it together.
The inner lens and the smallest ring cannot be fixed and makes a sound.
I would like to ask for your help on how to assemble.

I found the service manual and assembled it well.
It works well and doesn't make any noise.
