Hello,
Here is a video of he nassophorean ciliate Nassulopsis elegans.
~170μm.
Initially, we see a broad morphological view, displaying its conspicuous anterior pigments.
Later, a detailed view of the nucleus and flow inside the oral basket.
Thanks for watching.

Hello Ariel,
I just can add to what's said before:
This is perfection in every aspect!
Simply the best motion pictures of this kind I'm aware of!!!

Would it be possible to give us a little technical insight in your workflow and setup?
As you already told me some very interesting details about your DIC Adaption on your inverted mic, in our private conversation (many thanks for that).
I could imagine there are some people around here, which are also curious about that.

Some information in the "Mikro forum" section about setup, preparation, water column thickness, camera/software...
That would be great input.
;)

Duzen und meine Bilder (auch ungefragt)  bearbeiten, mit eigenen Aufnahmen ergänzen und weitergeben erwünscht!
