CZJ Abbe Refraktometer Modell G

G'Day!

Could anyone possibly scan and post the "Dispersionstafel "F5" zum Abbe-Refraktometer.

Namely I have refractometer which needs calibration but chart 32-T110b-1 is missing and it cannot be calibrated for measuring dispersion coefficient.  One that I have, unfortunately is for use only with the measuring prism designated "F4" so it is not usable for prism "F5" (scan shown below).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
