Polen under Fr-TIR lighting

Hi guys,

I made this photos this afternoon. It is polen, is found everywhere this time of the year. I used my Fr-TIR device for lighting, a version that delivers really shallow angles (6º to the plane). The pollen appears extremelly bright (I had to dimm the lights). So I assume that this is surface reflection rather than backscatter. So, I guess that this is a case of Kramers-Kronig reflection. It is a 20x btw
