Diatomeen vom Greetsieler Watt

Liebe Spezialisten,

die Diatomeenprobe vom letzten Herbst war so ertragreich, daß ich kein Land sehe. Ich bitte um Hilfestellung bei der Bestimmung.

Nitzschia panduriformis ?


Biddulphia mobiliensis BAIL ?


Diese hier dürfte den Vornamen "Navicula" tragen. Nachname "digito-radiata"?

Für mich leider unbestimmbar:


Diploneis (interrupta?):


Hier muss ich wieder passen...


... und hier auch ...


Denke mal Vorname Cymbella. Nachname ?


Actinoptychus ?


Podosira stelliger ?


Bei den drei letzten Formen weiß ich nicht, wo ich nachsehen muss:

Hi Ulf, nice collection you have there. I'ts always tricky to get the names right, but I'll do my best:

1 Cymatopleura librile/solea (group) The holes and bumps are the 'wrong' way for a Nitzschia, it is surirelloid.
2 O mobiliensis, correct
3 Navicula, it certainly looks like digitoradiata The light dots in the middle worry me.
4 Surrirella fastuosa
5 Diploneis, tricky that group. Witkowski shows a cf. schmidtii that comes close
6 Cymatopleura elliptica
7 Campylodiscus, probably C bicostatus
8 Cymbella ehrenbergii
9 certainly Actinoptychus, but different from the ones we see overhere, it has processes and lines in the middle of the sectors which I never see in A senarius, but it does also not look like A. splendens.
10 P stelliger, correct
11 Anomoeoneis sphaerophora
12 Lyrella (Navicula) praetexta
13 Trigonium zonulatum (?)

many thanks for your help. In fact this example of Actinoptychus is extraordinary. I found this one in one of my specimens I look at very often - and in fact it took me nearly one year to realize, that this one is different from the others  .

Zeiss Standard; Zeiss Planapo 100/1,32; Kpl 10/20 als Fotookular
Kamera: TheImagingsource DFK72AUC02 (CMOS 5MP), Adaption mittels Plössl-Okular (an dieser Stelle vielen herzlichen Dank an Bernd (Nomarski))
Je 5 bis 30 Aufnahmen, gestackt mit PICOLAY

Wesentlich wichtiger ist die Präparation der Diatomeen:

Anfertigung von Streupräparaten, eingedeckt mit Naphrax.
